1204-xx Modem auto originate test failed.
1206-xx Dial multi-frequency tone test
failed.
1210-xx Modem direct connect test failed.
1. Refer to the modem documentation for correct
setup procedures and retest.
2. Check the modem line and retest.
3. Replace the modem and retest.
